Spring is here!!! Isn't it beautiful outside! With Spring comes a lot of great events at the Columbus-Lowndes Public Library.
The 1-2-3, Play with Me! Program started today! We had a great turnout! 31 kids! THIRTY-ONE KIDS! Awesome! It was so fun too, lots of faces from the Fall session, but lots of new faces too! I can't wait to get to know all of you! The program did so well in the Fall that instead of having just one session this Spring we are doing two! Group 1 meets on Tuesdays and Group 2 meets on Wednesdays. Both groups are completely full to capacity! I am beyond excited about this, I am really happy that the program has done so well and I am so grateful for all of you wonderful momma's and daddy's that have told your friends and their friends about the program. You made it a success!
Some other things coming up at the library include the SUMMER LIBRARY PROGRAM! We have a little bit of something for everyone! Mother Goose will be holding a children's SLP every Thursday from June 3rd until June 24th! This will be for children ages 2 to 5. The big kids SLP will be held at different locations during June and July. Kids ages 6 to 12 can attend programs in Artesia on Tuesdays from June 1st to June 22nd, in Caledonia on Thursdays from June 3rd to the 24th, in Crawford on Wednesdays from June 30th to July 21st and finally in Columbus on Tuesdays from June 29th to July 20th. Now that the kids are covered we cannot forget about YOU, the parents and grandparents! The library is also having an Adult SLP! The dates are Tuesdays from June 1st to the 22nd. Once more information is available I will provide that for you! If you have any questions about these events please let us know!
Hope you all have a wonderful day!
